Tea & Coffee facility in room, biscuits, & bottles of water left each day. Towels/linen renewed each day. Friendly & helpful staff. Lost my phone on bus, & reception staff was very helpful in getting in touch with National Express, & waited ages on phone till they answered. Lovely breakfasts, & very friendly dining staff, self service. And hotel very central to city, 2 tube stations nearby in walking distance. A nice quiet hotel. Good value for money...would recommend Park Avenue hotel to stay whilst in London...

Great location, a couple minutes from Baker Street tube station and Marylebone train station. Around the corner from Regent’s Park. Restaurants, shops, bakeries in the area. Modern room. Bed was comfy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Aircon working efficiently and quietly. Would stay again at that price, it was cheaper than some budget chain hotels.

Service and staff were excellent. They kept our luggage both before check in and after check out which was a real help. We were also able to check in a bit early as a room was ready.Breakfast was good and everything needed was provided in the room which had a very good standard of cleanliness.

As always, my stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. It’s one of those rare places that never disappoints, no matter how many times you return. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. They are, without a doubt, the most friendly and helpful team I’ve ever encountered. From check-in to check-out, they go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. It’s that genuine warmth and care that keeps me coming back. Can’t recommend this place enough – already looking forward to my next visit!

The property was in a great location and the room was clean and comfortable. What really stood out was the exceptional staff, I messaged prior to my stay to ask for something special for my anniversary and they made some cute decorations with the towels and some paper petals on the bed. Although it would’ve been nice if they had options to pay for additional celebratory features, such as cakes, wine or champagne, balloons, etc. it was still nice of them regardless to do it out the kindness of their heart. I also ordered a parcel to the hotel which arrived late and by the time it came I had left London, they cooperated exceptionally to help me recover the parcel by sending it off back to me. Very friendly staff, very professional, would definitely stay again if you want a lower budget option.

It was easy to find and a great location as it was close to Marylebone Station. The staff were all amazing from check in to the kind gentleman who took my bags upstairs to the third floor. The room was spacious and really clean and the gentleman explained and showed me where everything as in the room and kindly set up the room temperature for me and explained how to change it. That little extra touch was really great and shows a great customer service. Checkout was easy and again the standard of the staff and their helpfulness was a 1st class service. Recommend the hotel.

Great location. Two minutes walk from both Baker Street and Marylebone stations. Rooms were really clean and well equipped. Very impressed with the Dental Kit in the bathroom. I’d forgotten to pack my toothbrush so saved me having to buy one….. There’s an empty mini fridge to keep things cold and a microwave to heat things up

Despite being on the edge of some of London's main attractions, it was a fantastic place to stay. The location is a short walk from Regent's Park and the Baker Street Tube station, which easily takes you anywhere in the city. The room was small but cozy and comfortable. They were changing the hall carpets when we arrived, but the crew kept noise to limited daytime hours, and the inconvenience was not ever an issue.
